You don’t have
to defend your
gentle nature,
your sensitive
heart, your need
for stillness, your
art, where you
find joy or why
you prefer the
company of the
natural world.
Your peace
belongs to you.

The way we live, laugh, learn, love and play
You don’t have
to defend your
gentle nature,
your sensitive
heart, your need
for stillness, your
art, where you
find joy or why
you prefer the
company of the
natural world.
Your peace
belongs to you.

There is something very peaceful about watching the rain fall.
Each of those little droplets feeding our little blue planet and everything on it; reminding us that while storms will blow into our lives and challenge us, they will also provide the greatest opportunities to pause, slow down and grow.
So accept those dark clouds when they roll in, knowing that nothing blooms or grows without the rain, including me and YOU âïž .

Sometimes all you need is,
the company,
the stillness and
the magic of the moon,
the stars and
the night air,
to heal from our
noisy human world.

You đ«” deserve a life thatâs fueled by the good stuffâ€ïž

Youâre in charge.
Youâre allowed to
slow down,
catch your breath,
and do whatever
you need to do,
to reclaim (or create)
peace in your life.
The calm ( and healing)
we seek, often comes
when we mindfully
stop âdoingâ and
consciously start
âbeingâ at ease
with life.

Hey humanity, we could be so much better, stronger, healthier and happier, if we just stopped hurting each other.

Be Gentleâ€ïž
Be gentle while traveling
this one life you get,
put down your arrows,
let go of regret.
Be gentle on that
perfect body of yours,
its your caravan,
as you wander this earth.
Be gentle with the whispers
that flow from your soul,
theyâll guide you,
if you surrender control.
Be gentle with the planet,
sheâs not yours alone,
you share her with billions,
who call her their home.
Be gentle with your words,
when you use them be kind,
they can cut like daggers,
or bring peace of mind.
Be gentle with your heart
as it still beats for you,
show it forgiveness,
for all its been through.
Be gentle and curious,
offer love and be kind,
sharing only the good vibes,
leave bad vibes behind.
Be gentle with others,
live, and let live,
shine your light bright,
let âitâ go and forgive.
This journey is swift,
it goes by so fast,
donât waste it on anger,
or reliving the past.
Be gentle while traveling
this one life you get,
enjoy the journey,
have no regrets.
Toni OâKeeffeđ

Along this messy, yet oh so marvellous, road called life, stop every once and awhile and give thanks for the ones who show up and patiently guide you to where youâre meant to be.
(even when youâre kicking, screaming and pulling in the opposite direction, they get you there)
Toni OâKeeffeđ

While it might be easier and feel safer, to be around those who are similar, its the ones who think, live, look and believe differently than we do, that provide the best opportunity to learn, grow and deepen our understanding of the world and ourselves.
Spending time with those whoâve lived different experiences than we have or, are older, or younger, have different educational, cultural, religious and political backgrounds, can help us become more open minded, patient, empathetic, and generally better, kinder, well-rounded individuals, and, may help us live more interesting and peaceful lives.
The strength and support we can offer each other doesnât always come from our similarities, but from the unique, and interesting things that make us different.
Our differences shouldnât divide us, they should spark our curiosity and, make us a better, kinder and wiser collective humanity.
Toni OâKEEFFEđ

For years, songs have been sung,
poems recited, books written, speeches delivered, research conducted, on the importance of love, peace, kindness, compassion, acceptance, and caring for the planet.
The same words repeated over and over, for millennia, yet here we are.
Future generations deserve better than the hatred and violence we leave behind.
