Our lives are an amazing and
colourful adventure of,
sunshine filled days,
wild chaotic storms,
days that are calm,
days that are dull,
days that are painful,
days that are pleasant,
and days that provide
a bit of it all.
No matter how dark
the day has been,
the sun stills comes up,
the stars still shine,
the ocean tides continue
to roll in and out and,
the wind continues to
move the heaviest of clouds
revealing blue skies.
There is calm
before every storm,
There will be calm
after every storm,
Life carries on
after every storm,
and so shall you❤️.

After every life storm, look for what’s left behind.

Don’t dismiss the experiences or relationships you’ve had with anyone who’s come in-and-out of your life. Even if these relationships or experiences were brief or messy, they contained messages, learning, gems of wisdom and personal growth meant just for you.

Sometimes the greatest treasure is found amongst the rubble.

Not all of life’s storms are destructive.
Some come to shake us up, so we can put things back together, not the way they were, but, the way they’re meant to be.

Good things grow from the messiest parts of our lives. Every challenge, loss and disappointment brings new opportunities.

There really is calm and light after every storm. Yup, after, every, single, one.
