Get your play on!

No matter how heavy life gets, make time to stop, put it all down, and have some fun. Be silly, blow bubbles, snuggle your fur babies, laugh, splash in puddles, run into the waves, walk in the forest, jump on the trampoline, dig in the garden, ride your bike, dance to your tunes or dance in the rain, but, get out there and play.

It’s these lighthearted moments that relieve the pressure, clear the mind, move the body and give us a reprieve from the heavy and painful parts of life. Play time is important no matter how old we are.

So dig out and dust off your play clothes, and go get your “play” on.

Go outside and play~

Put that stuff down.
You’ve done enough adulting today.
Time to go outside and play.

We function better when we create the time to play outside. Outdoor play is good for our mental well-being, our physical well-being, in particular, our lungs, our hearts and our muscles. Outdoor play also does wonders for our spiritual selves, our relationships and our working environment.

So go outside and play, its oh so good for you🤗.

Love Toni ☀️🌹❤️

Go outside, play, and remember who you are.

Every once and awhile, we need to return to the unencumbered, worry-free, wilds of our youth and become playful, curious, care free and excited about life again.

This is where we remember who we really are. This is where we plant our dreams.

So in the very wise words of your mother,
GO OUTSIDE AND PLAY
☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
