Get your play on!

No matter how heavy life gets, make time to stop, put it all down, and have some fun. Be silly, blow bubbles, snuggle your fur babies, laugh, splash in puddles, run into the waves, walk in the forest, jump on the trampoline, dig in the garden, ride your bike, dance to your tunes or dance in the rain, but, get out there and play.

It’s these lighthearted moments that relieve the pressure, clear the mind, move the body and give us a reprieve from the heavy and painful parts of life. Play time is important no matter how old we are.

So dig out and dust off your play clothes, and go get your “play” on.

Wisdom is the gift that comes after every loss, every error in judgment, every heartache and every wrong turn.

She is the sage whisper that comes in your dreams, offering the insight allowing you to surrender, trust and let go.

She is the awakening during those ahh-ha moments, when you’re grateful for the hurt, the lesson and the learning.

She does not judge, she wants only whats best for you. She is the gentle knowing that acceptance and forgiveness, bring peace and growth.

She is always with you. She has been since the beginning. She is the light on the path guiding you home.

One day you’ll;
🌷stop trying to impress others,
🌷no longer feel the need to win every race or argument,
🌷stop explaining yourself and forcing connections that feel uncomfortable,
🌷realize your peace and your energy is sacred,
🌷stop chasing people and things that are not meant for you,
🌷stop wanting more and be grateful for what you have,
🌷walk away before your soul becomes heavy,
🌷appreciate simple things, like, calm mornings, good people, a good book, the sites and sounds of the natural world, and a life that’s not hurried or rushed.

And when this day arrives, you will bask in the beauty, the wisdom and growth you’ve acquired along the way, and settle into the most comfortable and joyful part of life.

Now, you just have to pick the day.

When you’re struggling, be aware of who enters your life unexpectedly.

These unexpected souls may be different than those who’ve wandered into your world in the past, they may be here to help or guide you.

If you feel lost, or you’re drowning in the messiness of life, or you’re in pain, you may not recognize these helpers when they arrive, you might even push them away.

Put your ego, judgment and stubbornness aside and accept that they are here to help and guide you through whatever you’re facing.

If you don’t have the strength to reach out for help, accept the help when others reach in.

No matter how strong, brave, smart or tough we think we are, none of us can do this alone.

There are those who have been sent to lift you up, bring comfort, wisdom, healing, and light…..let them.

I’m grateful for the ones who;
~ patiently teach without judgement,
~ are kind when they suggest how things can be done differently,

~ freely share their time, talents and wisdom in an effort to help us grow and become better versions of ourselves.
