It’s through care-free playfulness that we exercising our curiosity, reduce stress, improve happiness, foster creativity, improve our relationships and cultivate a more positive, joyful, and resilient approach to life.

So, if you’ve been spending too much time on the couch, on your computer, in your office, or too much time worrying about the perils of life or world affairs, it might be time to exercise your curiosity and return to the unencumbered, worry-free, wilds of your youth and PLAY.

We will grow love, compassion and acceptance when we open our hearts, and let each other in.

Focus on the light

To one man, the forest is dark, scary, noisy, uninhabitable and cold.

To another, the forest is filled with light, beauty, peace, offers shelter and is filled with warmth.

We don’t see the forest as it is,
we see the forest as we are.
Look for the light and you’ll find it.
Look for the darkness and you’ll find it.

Your heart and soul will wander to the places the mind takes it. A shift in your perspective can turn the cold grip of the world, into a warm embrace.

Focus on the light and the heart and soul will follow. Focus on the darkness, and, well, you get it.

There is calm after every storm

Our lives are an amazing and
colourful adventure of,
sunshine filled days,
wild chaotic storms,
days that are calm,
days that are dull,
days that are painful,
days that are pleasant,
and days that provide
a bit of it all.
No matter how dark
the day has been,
the sun stills comes up,
the stars still shine,
the ocean tides continue
to roll in and out and,
the wind continues to
move the heaviest of clouds
revealing blue skies.
There is calm
before every storm,
There will be calm
after every storm,
Life carries on
after every storm,
and so shall you❤️.

To all the things I’ve ever lost, couldn’t change, hurt me or, I had to let go of,
THANK YOU for setting me free.

You taught me how to cope, how to survive, how to shift my perspective, how to adjust to change, how to process loss, how to receive and accept the unexpected and, you taught me humility.

Most importantly, you taught me how to accept “what is”, without judgement, to be a curious observer and to relinquish the need to “control”.

You set me free from the things not meant for me🙏
